Overview
If you are experiencing issues, try the below steps first. If these first steps don't work, feel free to reach out to one of your school's STLs or send a Help Desk Ticket at Helpdesk@scienceandtech.org.
1. Shut Down Computer: Shutting down your computer allows you to clear the temporary storage mechanisms on your computer. When you shut down your computer your computer will also run faster. Any updates to your computer (that is pushed from the network) will occur when you turn on your computer after shutting down.
2. Clear Cache and Cookies: Clearing your cache and cookies will help if the website you are visiting is not working. Sometimes the previous settings are saved on the browser and just need help clearing.
- The cache is used to store online page resources during a browser for the long run purpose or to decrease the loading time. Cookies store user choices such as browsing sessions to trace user preferences.

3. Check Username and Password: If you are having issues with login, check your username and password.
