Simply type keywords and articles with that keyword in the search box!
3. The ability to comment on articles!
You can comment on how much the article was helpful.
Maybe you know of a work-around that you can help others?
Maybe you want to comment that an article needs to be updated?
4. Follow articles so that you get a notification for when there are updates!
Simply go to the top right corner and click "Follow".
To unfollow the Help Center Article, simply click on the "Follow" button again to unfollow.
