Accessing DPS Systems

Overview

As a DSST employee, you have access to many systems that are managed by DPS. This includes Infinite Campus, DPS email through Google, and a separate Google account. 

When accessing these systems, DSST staff must use a separate email account that is created and managed by DPS. Generally, these email accounts follow this convention: First_Last@dpsk12.net

Follow the steps and supports below to access the DPS Systems 

 

Setting or Resetting your Password

The process to reset your password or set your password for the first time is the same. You will need your username to do so. If you do not have your username you can retrieve it using the section below. Follow the steps below to set or reset your password

1. Go to: http://iforgot.dpsk12.org 

2. Select "Reset Password" at the bottom of the window
3. Select "Employee Account".
4. You will now be redirected to the Password Reset Site and be prompted to enter your DPS username. If you don't know your username, go here.

5. Your hire date will determine which email address you need to use to reset your password.

  • Employees hired before December 2025 will use their DSST email address. 
  • Employees hired after December 2025 will use their personal email address.

This will send an email with a numerical code verifying your identity. 

6. Login to the email address you entered for your password reset. Locate the numerical code and enter it on the site
7. Enter a new password with 16 characters at a minimum. 
8. You will receive a confirmation email that your password has been reset. 

If you are having problems setting or resetting your password, you can also receive support by calling the Department of Technology (DoTs) at 720-423-3888 or see your School Tech Coordinator. 

 

Retrieving Your DPS Username 

1. Go to this site: https://portal.dpsk12.org/web/retrieve-username/
2. Select "Employee Account" 

3. You will be prompted to enter your "personal" email address. Your hire date will determine which email address you need to use to reset your password.

  • Employees hired before December 2025 will use their DSST email address. 
  • Employees hired after December 2025 will use their personal email address.

4. Click "Retrieve Username"
5. You will receive an email with your username. If you receive an error message or an account is not found and you are a new employee, this means you do not yet have a DPS account. Please see the systems access article here for more information. 

 

If you do not receive an email and are not a new employee, please put in a DSST Help Desk ticket to helpdesk@scienceandtech.org 

 

DPS Duo Support 

Unfortunately, DPS is the only team or entity supporting Duo when accessing IC. You must connect with them directly via phone so they can verify your identity when troubleshooting Duo.

Infinite Campus

Infinite Campus, commonly called IC, is the Student Information System used for DSST Schools. DPS manages the ICs of schools within DPS. Use these steps to log in to IC. 

  1. Go to http://campus.dpsk12.org
  2. Enter your DPS Login (Firstname_Lastname) 
  3. Enter your password

Note: Do not use the login information that you use to log in to your computer. DSST logins are Firstname.lastname. 

 

Principal Portal

DPS houses all of their data and reporting in Academic Portals, one of which is the "Principal Portal". While School Directors and Associate School Directors receive this access automatically,y other roles do not. There is often a need for a variety of individuals in various roles to need access to the reports within the Principal Portal. If you need Principal Portal Access, please submit a DSST Help Desk ticket with this request to helpdesk@scienceandtech.org 

 

You can follow the steps and supports below to access DPS' Principal Portal. 

  1. Go to this site: https://portal.dpsk12.org/ 
  2. Enter your DPS credentials. These are the same credentials you use to log into Infinite Campus! 
  3. Use Duo to authenticate your login request. 
  4. Scroll down to "Principal Portal" and select "Visit"
  5. You will now see the Home Page where you find the needed reports. 

 

Enrich Access

Enrich is the DPS system used for IEPs and 504s. You can access Enrich at this URL: https://iep.dpsk12.org/SignIn.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f

Unfortunately, only DPS can support Enrich access. If you need Enrich resources, you can find them on the login page using the link above. If you need support with an Enrich account, please contact the following, and be sure to cc your school's SpEd Admin or your supervisor. 

Here is the text you can copy/paste into your email: 

Hello!

I am a DSST employee, INSERT NAME HERE, with an INSERT JOB TITLE HERE at INSERT SCHOOL HERE. I need access to Enrich for my work. Can you help me set that account access up?

DPS Training

Various training is required for specific employee types or to gain specific access to systems. 

DPS Schoology

 

DPS Webmail through Gmail

Email through DPS is used primarily for communication from DPS. This would include any communications related to Incident or Tech Support, Certificates received from DPS Training or other communications. Follow these steps to login to your DPS Email

  1. Go to http://googlemail.dpsk12.net/ 
  2. Enter your DPS Login
  3. Enter your password

 

Google Account

Your DPS Google Account is most commonly used to access DPS' internal documentation. Follow these steps to log in to your DPS Google Account

  1. Go to http://googlemail.dpsk12.net/
  2. Enter your DPS Login
  3. Enter your password

If don't know your Infinite Campus password, but you have your IC password saved to your computer, please follow THIS GUIDE if you are using Chrome (recommended browser). 

 

DPS Exceptional Student Services and Enrich

The DPS Office of Exceptional Student Services handles IEP and 504 support/compliance, Mental Health Services, Nursing Services, and more. This office also manages Enrich access and technical support for Enrich as well.
