Overview:
All Infinite Campus accounts are handled by DPS which means that any changes to these accounts must happen through DPS. Use the steps and supports below to set or reset your password for IC. This article is only relevant for DPS accounts not APS.
Setting or Resetting your Password
Whether you are logging in for the first time or you forgot your password you should go to:
When first accessing ANY DPS site you will need to set your password. This is the same process for resetting your password as well. Follow the steps below to set or reset your password
- Go to:http://iforgot.dpsk12.org
- Select "Reset Password" at the bottom of the window then select "Employee Account".
- You will now be redirected to the Password Reset Site and be prompted to enter your DPS username. These are typically firstname_lastname.
- If you need to retrieve your username return to the http://iforgot.dpsk12.org site to do so.
- You may be asked to enter a personal email address this is your DSST email address. This will send an email with a numerical code that will verify your identity.
- Once you receive the code enter it onto the site.
- Enter a password with 16 characters at a minimum.
- You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your password has been reset.
