Purpose
Subscriptions email you an image or PDF snapshot of data in a view or dashboard at regular intervals based on the filter settings you apply.
How to Set Up a Subscription
- Open a dashboard.
- If you would to select any filters to apply to the view, do that now. Then, you must save the filtered view as a custom view before subscribing. You can ignore this step if you are not applying any filters.

- On the view toolbar, select Watch > Subscriptions.
- Select your preferred options:
- Choose whether subscription emails include the current view or the entire workbook.

- Choose the format for your snapshot: as a PNG image, a PDF attachment, or both.

- To clarify subscription emails, customize the subject line, and add a message.

- Select the frequency in which you’d like the emails.

- On Selected Schedule: Pick a schedule for the subscription.
- When Data Refreshes: Sends only when data in the view or workbook is refreshed.

- If frequency is set to On Selected Schedule, pick a schedule.
- Click Subscribe.
Update or Unsubscribe From a Subscription
- Access your account settings by doing one of the following:
- Click Manage my Subscriptions at the bottom of a subscription email.
- In Polaris, click your initials in the top right corner and select My Content.

- Select Subscriptions.
- To Unsubscribe, select the three dots under Actions for the subscription from which you'd like to unsubscribe, and select Unsubscribe.
- To update or modify a subscription, select the three dots under Actions for the subscription you'd like to modify, and select the subscription option you'd like to change.
