Overview
Use the steps and supports below to merge your Outlook and Google Calendars.
Step One: Open your Office 365 account online.
Step Two: Go to Outlook and click on "Settings" and "View All Outlook Settings"
Step Three: Click on "Calendar" and "Shared Calendars"
Step Four: In the Publish Calendar section, you can get the link you need. Select "Calendar" and "Can view all details", then click "Publish".
Step Five: Copy the ICS link to use later in Google.
Once you’ve acquired your Outlook calendar link, it’s time to open Google Calendar and finish the synchronization. Here’s how to do it:
Step Six: Open Google Calendar and tap on "Other calendars +" at the bottom of the page.
Step Seven: Now, click on "From URL."
Step Eight: Paste the link saved and tap on "Add calendar".
Step Nine: Among other calendars, you’ll see a new calendar that you can select. When you see the new calendar on the list, it means the sync process is over.
You can save the calendar, change its colors, or even rename it. If you ever decide to disconnect the two calendars, you can do it by merely hovering over the calendar’s name and clicking on the X icon.
