Overview
Cookies are files created by sites you visit. They make your online experience easier by saving browsing data. The cache remembers parts of pages, like images, to help them open faster during your next visit. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
Before starting this process it is critical that you close all tabs to entirely clear the files and data. Choose your browser from the list below and follow the steps and supports to clear your cache and cookies. If this did not solve your problem please submit a Help Desk Ticket for additional support.
Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
.
- Click More tools
Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time. We recommend this.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.

Microsoft Edge

Open Microsoft Edge and select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

Under Time range, choose a time range.

Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now.

Internet Explorer

Mozilla Firefox

In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click and select .
- Select the panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click .
- Remove the checkmark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
- For more information about managing site data, see Manage local site storage settings.
- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the button.
- Close the about: preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
