Step One
Log into Edulastic using Clever. If you need support logging into Clever or accessing Edulastic you can find what you need in this Help Center Article.
Once you are logged into Edulastic go to the left-hand side of the screen and expand the menu of options. Click "Insights"
Step Two
When you reach the "Insights" page scroll down to the bottom and you will see "Engagement Report". Select "Engagement Summary"
Step Three
You will now be redirected to the report page and see the "Filters" Window. Here you can outline the parameters of the report you wish to pull. You can narrow your results down by the school, teacher, grade, school year, content area, and type of assessment.
For example, if you wished to pull a report showing you how engaged students and teachers in the Science department are you could select the current school year, your school, the science class subject, and class assessments, as shown below.
When you have selected the filters you wish to use select "Apply"
Step Four
You will now see the report results based on your selected filters. If you get the message "No data available currently" it most likely indicates that you have conflicting filters set. For example, you may have selected Green Valley Ranch MS but then for the class grade selected Grade 10.
You can hover over your results to get specific details that are provided.
