Purpose: Please complete this form to request a workday account and DSST email for a contractor. In order to get a DSST email the contractor must have a workday account. . If the request is submitted by anyone other than the School Director or Manager of the contractor, approval will be required before the request will be completed. The request will be reviewed by the TOPs team and you will receive a notification when it's complete.
To begin, log into Workday and click on the Requests application from your menu.
Step 1: In the top left-hand box called "Actions" click on the gray button called "Create Request"
Step 2: On the next screen ("Create Request" screen) in the drop down select "All" then select "Contractor DSST Email Account Request" and click “OK” at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: On the next screen you will fill out the request form.
- Form Questions (Information you need to know in order to complete this form):
- What is the name of the contractor?
- What type of contractor are they?
- What is their business title?
- Where is their primary work location?
- Is this person a former DSST employee?
- Is this person a DPS or APS employee?
- What is their email address? If they are a DPS/APS employee please provide their DPS/APS email.
- Who will be managing this individual?
- Are they a current or future contractor?
- What is the expected contract end date?
- Do you have a copy of the contract? If needed, please reach out to your school director/manager to get a copy.
Step 4: Hit Submit at the bottom of the screen. If you have any questions about a submitted request please send an email to humanresources@scienceandtech.org.
