Workday User Guide: Update your certification
Purpose: Show how a team member can add a certification to their Worker Profile.
If you can't locate your current Educator Credential issued by the Colorado Department of Education Certification, please navigate to the Colorado Online Licensing Public Search (link)
Step 1: In the Workday Search Bar type: "Add Certification"
Step 2: Type in your name then select "OK":
Step 3: In the Certification field type: "CO Teach License" > Select Colorado Teaching License - Current - Colorado Department of Education
Step 4: Complete the fields to include your:
- Certification Number
- Issued Date
- Expiration Date
Step 5: Drop or select your certification documentation to upload
Step 6: Click "Submit"
