How to Print Student Reports by Class

Overview

You can now print diagnostic reports for more students at once in iReady using Batch Print. Follow the steps and supports below to print these student reports. 

Step One:  Log in to Clever and select the iReady App. 

Step Two: Go to "Reports" and then click "Batch". You should see "Diagnostic Reports". Here you will be able to choose which Diagnostic Assessment- Reading or Math. 

Step Three: You will now see the Diagnostic Results screen. Here you have a variety of options to narrow the scope of your report. You will need to start by selecting the school location from the drop down menu. Your next option will be to choose the print option from the drop down menu- class, grade, report group, or student. For this, we are focusing on "class". 

Step Four: You will now see a list of classes for the school you selected. Scroll through to find the class you are looking for and check the box next to it. Then at the top right-hand side of your screen click "Print". 

You will be presented with a few print options you can choose from. Finally, select "Print". 

Step Five: You will be notified that your report has been "Added to Batch Print Queue". You then can select "Go to Batch Print Queue". 

At the "Batch Print Queue" you will see your report. You can choose how to print- PDF or Zip. Make your selection and your report will begin downloading to your device.
